HR Leadership Consulting & Strategy Development

TALENT ACQUISITION (RECRUITING)
Essex Consulting prides itself on finding strong, competent talent to meet our client’s staffing needs. We fill positions quickly, and thoroughly vet our candidates. We source all positions, and our specialty is sourcing HR and IT positions.
Our consultants will also assist in the development of your HR department’s recruiting process. We create interview guides and provide support by conducting candidate screenings.
Benefits Planning & Administration
Essex Consulting will assist with benefit plan design and selection. We will partner with your broker for seamless benefits enrollment. Our consultants will assist or manage the benefits administration process, including preparing communication materials, and facilitating the benefits open enrollment process.

Essex Consulting will provide temporary or complete outsourcing of HR support or HR services as needed. Our talented consultants will provide support in the areas of employee relations, benefits administration, strategy development, performance management, and talent acquisition (recruiting).
Many of our clients utilize our consultants 1-2 days per week with regular access to emails to address employee inquiries.
